It's a myth that homeschool students stay home all day. In fact, most homeschoolers participate in classroom settings outside of the home. I am lucky to live in an area where there are many resources available for homeschool families. If you live in or near Cookeville, TN there are many options for homeschool enrichment outside the borders of your home. Here is a list I've put together of the resources we have in the Cookeville area that I am aware of.
Peachtree Learning Center (Pre-K through 12)
-Art (general art ed and medium-specific classes, photography, fiber arts, sewing)
-Music lessons (general music ed, piano, voice, strings, choir, handbells, etc)
-Drama (intro, 1 & 2)
-Dance (pre-ballet, dance)
-Summer camps
Beheld the Serpent STEAM Academy (ages 9-18)
-Math (algebra 1 & 2)
-Science (labs, general sciences, biology, chemistry, physics, advanced pre-med, etc)
Upper Cumberland Tutorial at The River Church (Jr High and High School)

New Colossus Academy (3rd-12th) for STEM)
-STEM (students may now have be enrolled full-time at NCA to sign up for STEM)
YMCA Cookeville
-PE Class
-Swim instruction
